Compliance and legal work was sold centrally but delivered by a scattered expert network, with no single place for onboarding, allocation, delivery or payouts.
A portal with public pages, expert onboarding, a staff console, a vendor dashboard, referrals with an in portal wallet, compliant invoicing, a full audit trail and fine grained permissions. The platform fee is 15 percent, adjustable per vendor and assignment.
Spec v1.0 done and the system live. Transaction volumes are with the client.
