01 · The problem
JV Overseas is a study-abroad consultancy. Counsellors guide each applicant from first enquiry to signed offer letter, and every applicant is a caseload to track.
Applicants were tracked across spreadsheets and chat. No single view of who was at which stage.
Counsellors carried caseloads in their heads. Follow-ups slipped. Nobody could say, at a glance, how many applicants were stuck at each stage, or which ones needed a nudge today.
